Favoring Copernicus in Regional Problematics: outcome statements

This action has allowed to favour the user uptake of Copernicus in the French Grand Est regional problematics, especially those linked to territorial and environment management within a climate change adaptation framework. A first census of Copernicus related initiatives and activities has been compiled in a regional catalog. Associated to an active dialogue with various users communities and supported by local demonstration examples, this led to an identification of regional opportunities and to an assessment of information needs. A formalization of more than fifty potential Copernicus and EO derived products likely to meet these needs in the different regional policies thematics and business sectors of investigation, has been performed.
