The Danish Agency for Science and Higher Education is an agency in the Ministry of Higher Education and Science. The agency has responsibility for all tasks that require particular expertise within the areas of research and education - across all institutions. Other areas covered include among others EU and global cooperation within education and research, international education programmes, and the space area.

The agency is part of the Danish Copernicus Relay. The agency has delegate roles within the Copernicus Committee, Copernicus User Forum and Galileo as well as represents Denmark in ESA Council and ESA Boards and Committees.
