ISPRA is a public body subject to the vigilance of the Italian Ministry for the Environment, Territory and Sea. It supports regulatory activities, including the fulfilment of environmental reporting and European Directives and Regulations. ISPRA coordinates the National System of Environment Protection Agencies ensuring the environmental monitoring information flow and sharing. ISPRA cooperates with key scientific institutions, non-governmental and professional associations to improve the uptake of services across environmental sectors. ISPRA supports the National Delegation to the European Copernicus User Forum and Committee.
