Basic Climate Predictions and Expert Climate Predictions

In April 2021, DWD's website for climate predictions was updated. The website offers a consistent selection of available climate predictions and corresponding prediction skills for different timescales (weeks, seasons, years) and varying spatial scales (German regions, Germany, Europe, World). It is possible to choose between basic climate predictions and expert climate predictions.

The update contains decadal predictions for 2021-2030 including high-resolution statistical downscaling for Germany and the new climatology from 1991-2020.
