User Workshop on Climate Predictions and Climate Projections
The annual German-language user workshop on climate predictions and climate projections, organized by the German Meteorological Office (DWD), will take place at the DWD headquarters in Offenbach and online from 07 to 09 June 2022.
The aim of the workshop is an open exchange between users and developers of climate products in the fields of monthly, seasonal and decadal predictions as well as regional climate projections. The current state of science and the user-specific applications as well as their future perspectives will be discussed. An introductory seminar can be offered if required.

Der deutschsprachige Nutzerworkshop Klimavorhersagen und Klimaprojektionen wird vom Deutschen Wetterdienst organisiert und findet vom 7. bis 9. Juni 2022 in der DWD-Zentrale in Offenbach und parallel auch online statt. Ziel des jährlichen Workshops ist ein offener Austausch zwischen Nutzenden und Entwickelnden von Klimaprodukten in den Bereichen Witterungs-, Jahreszeiten- und dekadische Vorhersagen sowie regionale Klimaprojektionen. Dabei werden der aktuelle Stand von Wissenschaft und nutzerspezifischen Anwendungen sowie deren zukünftige Perspektiven thematisiert. Ein Einführungsseminar kann bei Bedarf angeboten werden.
